Certified biodynamic. Hand-harvested and foot-trodden. Native yeast fermentation on skins for 14 days. Aged 10 months in neutral oak after blending. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
This skin-contact wine has aromas of caramelized orange, salty ocean air, baked apple and gardenia. On the palate, notes of ripe apricots and tangerine are balanced by a salty minerality. The finish is herbaceaous and savory, with light spice notes of clove and ginger.
