This cuvée is made from a rare biotype of Savagnin called Savagnin Muscaté which is highly aromatic. The vines are over 60 years old and are planted in the region’s classic marl and limestone. The grapes are direct pressed into stainless steel for fermentation and élevage to retain aromatic intensity. The wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered with minimal sulfur.

Notes of Fino sherry, fresh lemon and green almonds. This wine has an impeccable balance of intensity and saline mineral acidity.
