This wine is a tribute to a traditional Barolo method from the 1600's, which calls for bottling shortly after fermentation and using 25% whole cluster grapes. Giuseppe Vajra decided to bring back this former style after a conversation with a wine historian. 

A fresh, exciting and delicious wine with notes of cherry, wild strawberries, orange blossom, and a touch of spice. Particularly good on a warm day, served lightly chilled.
