Originally from Paris, Marie started making wine after a career in wine publishing. She decided to transition to making wine after being trained by some of the best natural winemakers in Loire Valley, and released her first vintage in 2018.
Gamay grown organically in the Touraine near the Cher river. Direct-pressed with fermentation finishing in the bottle resulting in CO2 being retained in the bottle and producing the bubbles. No added sulfur.
Fresh, bubbly, and bursting with red berry notes.
