Organic/Biodynamic farming. The grapes are hand-harvested and sorted in the vineyard. The three grape varieties are macerated together for 10 days. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, unsulfured in the summer following the harvest. Bottled unfined/unfiltered, with no added sulfur.
