Francois Pinon’s vineyards have been certified organic since 2011, and all are massale selections. He ferments his chenin in barrel with native yeasts, then balances the expression of the fruit and the level of reduction by aging in both stainless steel and foudres.

Grown on heavy clay with limestone subsoils, Trois Argiles is a rich cuvee that falls between sec and demi-sec. Notes of citrus and orchard fruit, with white blossom, honey, and slight hints of candied ginger. Green-apple acidity and chalky minerality. Complex and structured, this is a wine that is ready to drink now but can also age beautifully.
