Le Raisin et l’Ange (the Grape and the Angel) is a joint project between Giles Azzoni and his son, Antonin. Giles has been working in the southern Ardèche region of France since the 1980s and is a well-known practitioner and advocate of natural wine. Organic farming. Native yeasts. Aged in stainless. Unfined and unfiltered, no added sulfur, zero-zero. 

This is a fresh and lively red blend that is bursting with fruit (cherry, raspberry) with a touch of earthiness to round it out.
