Laurent Saillard La Pause 2020

Laurent Saillard took over a small parcel of the Clos Roche Blanche estate, a domaine which for decades had a cult following among natural wine drinkers. Laurent makes wine from this vineyard that he continues to farm organically. His wines are all made with classic Loire varieties: Gamay, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Franc, Grolleau, Pineau d'Aunis. All wines are vinified naturally, without additives and no added sulfites. Production is very small.
