From 80 year-old vines grown organically/biodynamically in red marl. Grapes are hand-harvested and destemmed. Spontaneous fermentation takes place in concrete with indigenous yeasts before aging for 6 months in concrete. No added sulfur.
Pale red color. Red fruit aromas on the nose, with licorice and spice notes. Delicate, fresh and well-balanced, with good length.
