The Syrah was organically farmed in Carneros. The apples, mainly Pink Pearl, Jonathan and Roxbury Russet, were hand-harvested in West Sonoma County. Spontaneous fermentation. Bottled unfined and unfiltered. 11.5% ABV. Very limited production.
