Certified biodynamic. Hand-harvested and foot-trodden. Native yeast fermentation in stainless steel. Aged 10 months in small oak barels. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Deep and earthy aromas of fresh soil and dense black cherries. On the palate, notes of stewed blackberries, plums and bitter chocolate. Light-to-medium-bodied with lots of juicy black fruit, and notes of dried earth and sour blackberry on the finish. Enjoy lightly chilled.
